Kerri,
try adding some polyglyceryl lipids to your product. Addition of
polyglyceryl lipids is the first step in getting glycerin into the lip
balm. If you like the results, then you can add some glycerin in
addition to the polyglyceryl lipids to get the right balance you seek.
