how would one get the glycerin to be stable in an anhydrous stick product?
years ago I tried to add some to a lip balm stick formula for it's mild sweetening effect and it beaded up and separated out of the mass as it hardened And over time.
it leaked out of the tester tubes in my purse...(you get the idea) it got Everywhere!
I assumed from my repeated failures at different percentage levels that it was just not going to mix properly into an oil/wax base, but since no one has yet chimed in to say it's impossible, it seems like maybe I just gave up too soon?
Is it possible? How is it done???
Thanks!
Kerri
