Hi Jay
I have both Ostrich and Emu and love both. I was told by my former supplier of Emu that several years ago the ostrich and emu farmers in the US were trying to find a way to market the bird's oil, meat, skin etc. It was decided the emu farmers would head towards the oil and the ostrich to meat. I used to have a chart that compared the oil qualities. Lost it when my 'puter died (I know - stupid did not back up) but the gist of it is they are very similar but not quite the same. I have used both in my MSM/DMSO creams and both worked equally well - if that's any help to you. But if you Google "Ostrich oil vs Emu oil" there is a lot of info.
