yeah im not based in US.im from asia india.
i really doubt she must have used HQ as she is not really that
knowledgeable abt cosmetics as ppl here in group are.
in India cosmetics making is a new concept.
although i vl try to tactfully use the HQ point and request me to
provide with the ingredients.
i vl keep updated here.
and if possible i vl share that recipe here.for u all to try it out.
