[Cosmetic_Soap_Toiletry_Candle_Scent] Honey Powder in Powdered Incense Recipe?

Hi everyone. I hope everyone's doing well and weathering the lousy economy. Long time no post on my part, but I've been researching creating my own incense blends to use with charcoal tablets. I've seen honey powder available on a few sites and have been thinking of making a honey amber blend. I just don't know if one could use honey powder as incense. I know the wet form's used for binding and fragrance purposes when making sticks, but wasn't sure about the loose stuff with amber resin.

If anyone's got any tips for the 'do's' and 'don'ts' when making incense, and especially if they've got experience with honey powder, I'd be very grateful. :)
