There's a book out by Anne Louise Gittleman (not sure if that's the correct
spelling), called the "Gut Flush Plan". She did a webinar this past week
and she had some really good information about how important it is that your
intestinal tract is in good shape. It affects your entire body and a lot of
the chronic "diseases" aren't really diseases but the result of thinks like
yeast overgrowth and an imbalance of good bacteria vs bad bacteria in your
colon - interesting stuff.
