Is tangerine one of those known to catalyze saponif'n? If so, his formula
might be rather unforgiving -- a little decrease in temperature or slowness
of mixing, and pockets of rapid sapnif'n develop while the enthalpy of the
oil decreases enough for it to form grains. It would be rebatchable with
slow heating, but maybe not worth the time & trouble.
